WALL BANDED SHELVINGWall bands and bracket shelving is an economical way to increase storage capacity. Standard shelf depths are 250, 300, 350, 400 and 500mm, with 300mm being the most common size. Uprights are normally spaced every 700mm. The shelves are manufactured from 18mm thick Laminated pine, 20mm thick PVC clad supawood (where chemical resistance is required) or 18mm thick Melamine faced mellawood.

LADDER FRAME SHELVINGThe ladder frame system offers a robust option for storage of bulky items. Uprights are constructed of 32mm powder coated mild steel with levelling adjusters The shelves are made of either laminated pine, melamine or phenolic resin depending on the application. Standard depth of the shelf is 450mm with fixed shelf vertical intervals at 380mm.

BOLTLESS MODULAR STEEL SHELVINGPolyclip Boltless Shelving is the only truly adjustable shelving system. The system can be used in a variety of applications ranging from small parts storage to filing.
The system ensures a carrying capacity of 150 kg per shelf level with a full range of sizes to accommodate almost any product to be stored. The Polyclip System uses four shelf support sections to construct the top and bottom of the cabinet, with a specially designed shelf clip for independent shelf level supports ensuring ease of adjustment of levels at any stage. Installation can be performed in a matter of minutes due to the Boltless nature of the unit. Heavier loads of up to 300 kg per level can be accommodated by using additional shelf support sections. |
BOLTED STAINLESS STEEL SHELVINGThis form of shelving is widely used in both the industrial and commercial environment such as cold rooms and storage of oxidizing compounds. The components are robust and the shelves can carry up to 160kg’s per shelf level. Stainless steel shelves are from 1.2mm grade 430 Stainless steel on uprights from 2mm all in brushed finish.
